You will be part of the Global Travel Retail team and you will directly report to Key Account Manager for Europe. In this role you assist the Key Account Manager in effectively managing assigned accounts within a designated geography.
Key responsibilities include development of strong client relationships, extensive knowledge of key travel retail segments, along with demonstrating the ability to accurately assess the business through utilization of strong analytical skills.
You will also be responsible for developing relevant promotional and merchandising actions.
In doing so, we will count on you to participate to the following actions:
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key cross functional departments
Understand your internal and external environment
Utilize available data to effectively support analysis for the Key Account Manager upon request
Support the Key Account Manager in planning and implementing promotions, product placements, allocations and other programs as required
Analyse sales and brands performance of implemented activations
Support Key Account Manager to accurately develop volume forecasts
Monitoring of sales/marketing expenses and invoice processing
Coordinate and supervise Sales Ambassadors teams
Support the development of sales presentations to both cross functional departments internally and assigned key accounts externally (monthly reports on sales & marketing analysis)
Influence individuals both externally and internally and develop the right relationships to perform the aboveProfil
Experience: first working experience in the luxury or drinks or Travel Retail sector
Highly proficient in MS Office with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingual English/French (speaking and writing), Spanish may be required
Strong analytical sense, interpersonal skills
Excellent writing, communication, collaboration and presentation skills
High flexibility (capability to deal with ambiguity) and strong personal drive
Strong interest and knowledge of the luxury / Wines & Spirits market
