Topcon Field Support Officer in Remote, France

Responsible for assisting /counseling with dealers and Regional Sales Managers on technical related matters. As well as, resolving customer complaints on service related issues

Coordination, planning and execution of proper equipment demonstrations which showcase and optimizes the performance of the equipment and technology

o Support dealers in planning, coordinating, and managing multiple customer demonstrations

o Assist in the new dealer signup process by effectively promoting the support and customer service processes within TA

o Conduct dealer technical and sales related product training that is completed in a timely and efficient manner to ensure productivity and excellent customer service

o Manage individual personalized customer demonstrations with key producers, including feature, advantage, and benefit discussions customized to localized end-user applications

o Support dealers in planning, coordinating, and managing multiple customer demonstrations and events

o Assist Customer Service and Support in planning and conducting dealer and district sales-related product training events

o Assist Customer Service and Support, and Regional Sales Managers with special needs and critical product issue resolution

o Conduct component and product training events with dealership sales and service staff. Highlight special features, benefits, and advantages over competitive products

o Assist the dealers in hosting and conducting open houses with focus on interactions with end-users and building dealer-manufacturer support and service credibility

o Provide Topcon Marketing with information pertaining to new products, product improvements, product enhancements, and future end-user requirements
