Eaton Corporation Functional process design analyst in Prague, Czech Republic

LOCATION: GLASGOW

CONTEXT:

You will join our Functional Transformations Organization. You will contribute to support successful delivery of design and improvement processes. We are looking for a critical and creative thinker, experienced within Innovation and Continuous Improvement, whose process design skills will be paramount to deliver successful solutions within a cross functional environment including SCM, Finance, HR, Sales and Operations. You will be expected to travel for around 30% of your time, mainly to Europe and the Middle East.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support strategic change, cost reduction, multi-functional end to end process redesign and productivity initiatives through identification and execution of optimized process and technical design solutions across multiple business divisions and functions within the EMEA region.

  • Enhance the sophistication of process design through simulation modelling and scenario testing

  • Research and benchmark ideas and solutions within the industry to strengthen Eaton’s position

  • Lead on the design, engineering, and implementation of new solutions across a diverse portfolio of programs

  • Work closely with all divisions within the Functional Transformations team in key areas of new technology

  • Support business initiatives across multiple functions for the EMEA including Finance, SCM, HR, Sales and Operations

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in process design and improvement within a matrix organisation, essential

  • Exposure to cross-functional activities, essential (areas of particular interest are Supply chain management, Finance, HR, Sales and Operations)

  • Multilingual capabilities very strongly preferred

  • Strong communication skills essential
