Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Paris, France

The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for the creation and implementation of the country HR strategy for the business group(s) they support.

They develop initiatives and strategies to support the country organization, working closely with the European HR Business Partner (where this role exists) and the HR Country Leader.

The Senior HR Business Partner works independently, take a hands-on approach, and interfaces effectively with professionals at all levels. They demonstrate a high degree of business acumen; have an aptitude for change management; have a strategic talent mindset and demonstrate complex problem solving capabilities.

This role is the “Chief Talent Officer” for the in-country business they support and takes the lead over the following areas of HR:

  • Organizational effectiveness

  • Leadership development

  • Talent planning

  • Coaching and career management

The Sr HR Business Partner will report directly to the country HR leader.

Masters degree in Human Resources or graduation from major business school + 10 years of professional experience as a Generalist of the HR function, preferably acquired in large, fast-paced organizations.
