ROLE:

Within the Recruitment team of our Head Office Human Resources Department, you will advise your internal clients on their recruitment needs and requirements in a growth and development context. Your remit will cover the entire recruitment spectrum, i.e. from sourcing candidates to integrating newcomers. You will ensure to attract best talents, within the best timing at the best cost.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acting as a true specialist for the roles within your business sector portfolio, in link with the business, you will be responsible for all general and specific recruitment whilst at the same time building a permanent database of recurring profiles.

You will take part in auditing needs in order to develop and set up pertinent sourcing and recruitment strategies specifically with social media, job boards, and schools/universities. As a recruitment expert, you will perform selection interviews and add value in the evaluation of candidates. Finally, you will be responsible for providing support and advice to the business manager and for presenting and shortlisting candidates.

You will be responsible for the quality and the success of the recruitment; you will manage the deadlines and associated costs.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluent in English, ideally, you will possess a post graduate degree and have at least 5 to 8 years’ experience of working for a recruitment agency with a desire to develop yourself within the Human Resources Department and work for an international Group.

The ideal candidate will be reactive, autonomous, committed, result-oriented, with good listening, communication and organisation skills.
