APL Internship - HR - School Relations (M/F) in Marseille, France

You integrate the Human Resources Department of the headquarters of CMA CGM in Marseilles and support actively the School Relations & Partnerships team in its daily missions.
In this context you participate in the whole recruitment process of trainees on the following missions:
• Drafting of the internship description sheets in English and French
• Publication of the job offers on our website and the various job boards
• Screening of resumes and answers to candidates
• Conducting telephone interviews and participation in face-to-face interviews
You are also responsible for managing the dossiers of candidates (internship agreement, follow up in our HRIS etc.), integration on the first day and follow up throughout their mission.
Finally you participate in the organization of partnership activities and take care of the logistics of school job fairs (registration, equipment, communication, monitoring applications).
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Currently in a Master specialized in Human Resources or General Management, you have already completed an internship, ideally in HR, which allowed you to prove your independence, rigor and your reactivity.
You have good relational skills, and are thus able to establish close relationships with your daily contacts in an international environment.
You are fluent in French and English and master computer tools and especially Excel and Power Point.
