Contributes to build Mondelez reputation in Nutrition and Well Being amongst Academics and Key Opinion Leaders, supporting Mondelez ambition of being the Global Leader in Well Being snacks

  1. Partner with the Global and Regional Marketing, Product Development, Nutrition and Regulatory teams to build the nutrition strategy of the global Well Being (WB) brands and support long term growth
  • Identify additional claims (appealing to consumers, in line with science), support with science the existing nutrition and health claims if challenged

  • Guide NPD in terms of claims and nutrition profile, guide reformulation of existing products

  • Develop global communication tools for implementation by the Regions

  • Horizon scanning: contributes to identify opportunities and threats from the environment (such as nutrition sciences, public health policies, competitors, opinion leaders topical issues), develop and implement an action plan

  1. Contribute to build the Global Nutrition PR plan to support Mondelez ambition of being the Global Leader in WB snacks
  • Contribute to identify opportunities and challenges and define the plan

  • Contribute to execute the plan: for example, organize scientific conferences or publish booklets to leverage Mondelez assets (e.g. slow release carbs, wholegrain) or participate to an ILSI working group

  1. Lead an internal cross-functional task force to build Mondelez position on a topical issue
  • Gather existing internal and external knowledge in terms of nutrition, regulation

  • Identify opportunities and challenges

  • Guide the task force to find a common ground and develop a Global position on the topic

  • Human Nutrition and Dietetics expertise (specialised Master degree such as AgroParitech)

  • Nutrition Public Relation / Nutrition Communication skills

  • Multi-country and cross-functional experiences

  • 10y in a global food company

  • Fluent in English and French
