Ensure projects activities for Online Low Pressure SBU by ensuring appropriate treatment of customer’s , technical and commercial, inquiries, and maintain effective communication and collaboration with PM Coordinator.
Perform within the “Online Low Pressure” SBU department at European level.
- Customer Satisfaction (50%):
Prepare technical and commercial offering matched to specific and complex customer requirements,
Verify that pricing (discounts) is aligned with Regional objectives & estimate overall project profitability to support business cases,
Support Operation coordination by ensuring strong and accurate scheduling practices.
Manage Project by ensuring proposals, contracts, RFP’s, RFQ’s, pre-qualifications and other commercial-related tasks, distributed evenly and dealt with timely,
Prepare proposals and reviews critical output with PM coordinator before final issue to the customer,
Coordinate contract review through the electronic contract database and works with Legal to ensure policy compliance at the quote and contract review stages,
Coordinate and tracks all quotes, orders, and inquiries through CRM and reports trends to the management teams,
Collate and report data necessary (commercial success rate, compliance, disqualifications, etc.) to Business Unit KPI’s,
Perform periodic reviews of a sample of completed projects with project management coordinator to ensure accuracy of pricing/costing models.
- Business Development (20%):
Help P&PD management & Sales team deliver quality, compliant, timely, and winning propositions for TDW customers,
Develops knowledge of the Online Low Pressure market and customer drivers,
Profile competitor capabilities and strategies in order to bid most effectively,
Ensure to identify, implement, and track opportunities to upsell integrated Integrity Solutions and cross-sell other TDW products and services,µ
Support Market Development and the commercialization of new technologies.
- Technical and Personal Development (15%):
Maintain technical competency through continued learning and personal development,
Supports CRM/AX and other sales software tools implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Team Dynamics (15%):
Participle to a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance,
Lead continuous improvement processes.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales or other related degree, with 2-5 years of experience in a sales, tendering, technical or commercial role,
Basic knowledge of and competency with CRM or other sales software,
Developed commercial and interpersonal skills,
Strong leadership skills,
Strong organizational skills,
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
Intermediate MS Office skills.
